On Monday April 20th an 85 year old man was struck by an off-duty school bus on Roncesvalles. The man later died of his injuries. The 44 year old male driver is charged with careless driving.

The victim was crossing the street on a green light and was in the crosswalk when he was struck. The bus was making a left hand turn onto Roncesvalles from High Park Blvd.

The schoolbus is stopped just North of the intersection.
